Rotary Type Empty Bottle Whole Surface Inspection system

PS-21RG is a credible and precise rotary type inspection machine that automatically inspects damage, flaw, external substances(bottom and sidewall of bottle) and uncleanness in an empty bottle. Until recently, this inspection has been done through the unaided eye.However this high technology computer system has been recognized for its automatic inspection for defect. The inspection is conducted in a safe using gripper star wheel during the transfer progress of the bottles. It also provides in feed star wheel which enables operation in limited space. The star wheels located at the outlet sorts the bottles and sends it to 2 conveyors. It has a gripper styles structure as to better seek deficient products as compared to previous type.
