When producing preform in infection machine, because of special feature of product, gate is made in the bottom of preform. The gate must be removed before making PET bottle,PS-21GC has excellenct function to remove this gate nub.PS-21GC can remove all preform Gate nub using a liner knife. This special hardness of liner knife can easily remove gate, and this knife can be guaranteed for long life.Also, PS-21GC can transfer all preforms into gate cutter using pusher head. All pusher heads can maintain vacuum condition and help preform to be transferred into gate cutter correctly.

Rotary Type Preform Whole Surface Inspection System

PS-21RP is high speed rotary type inspection machine which rotates the pet  inspect the mouth top crack, oval, neck dimension and the foreign material of neck in & out side, sidewall, bottom without the trembling of bottle during inspection on the machine and this machine is designed with rotary type wheel to rotate the bottle in order to inspect the whole surface of bottle.
